1. Provide daily operational support for IT systems like Concur, Coupa, and U8, including system troubleshooting, user consultation, and system optimization.

2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.

3. Gather and document detailed requirements from business users, ensuring clarity and completeness.

4. Carry out business process analysis, define business requirements, and provide IT solutions for business problems.

5. Conduct system testing and validation, ensuring system quality and stability.

6. Coordinate and manage the implementation of IT projects, including requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, and launch.

7. Coordinate with internal key users, internal IT team and external providers to ensure high quality support to applications.

8. Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions and make
recommendations for further improvements.
