The Sr Staff Electrical Engineer is accountable for the development of technology and platform for next generation high power supplies. The job encompasses development of leading-edge power system, proof of concept, platform working prototypes, design simulations, patent application and technology presentation materials. This job require engagement with multiple groups on latest available technology, research of new inventions, collaboration with product development design teams.

What a typical day looks like:
61 Leading a team to responsible for developing leading-edge design and development from concept stage to working platform within the defined requirements
61 Work across functional teams to ensure product meet product specification, cost target, schedule, etc.
61 Design concept decision maker, including topology architecture, component selection, PCB layout, EMC, Safety, Reliability etc.
61 Provides technology leadership and makes decision on how to solve technical related problems so encountered throughout the development phases
61 Design support and issue solving during the product design stage which is handled by the product design team
61 带领团队主导前沿的大功率电源设计从方案到样机的开发，
61 协同其他部门保证产品满足目标规格，成本以及交期的需求，
61 负责硬件相关的系统方案设计和详细方案设计、原理图设计和器件选型，负责产品的EMC设计、安规设计、可靠性设计，
61 负责产品的调试测试，输出设计开发相关的完整交付资料，牵头负责方案在开发中的技术问题，
61 为后续产品研发阶段（由产品设计团队主持）提供技术支持

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
61 Bachelor (or above) in power electronics or electrical, automation.
61 10 years design experience for BS degree, 7 years design experience for Master degree, 4 years design experience for PhD degree, in high power supply design (Telecom, Server, OBC, EVFC, HVDC, SST ...), independent project design experience.
61 Strong Power electronics / power supply design knowledge, well understanding about popular topology such as Totem-pole PFC, Vienna PFC, T-NPC, ANPC, flyback, LLC, CLLC, DAB, etc.
61 Solid magnetics design skill and experience
61 Familiar with AC/DC PSU EMC and Safety regulation, familiar with engineering tools such as MatchCAD, SIMetrix, PSIM, PADs,
61 Self-motivated, passionate work, good team work
61 Good English
61 电力电子或相关专业本科及以上学历, 硕士以上学历优先考虑；
61 数字控制大功率功率系统开发经验，本科学历10年以上；硕士研究生学历，7年以上；博士研究生学历，4年以上；
61 扎实的电力电子技术基础和较强的动手能力，熟悉电力电子线路，基础控制理论和功率半导体器件特性；
61 对Totem-pole PFC, Vienna PFC, T-NPC, ANPC, flyback, LLC, CLLC, DAB等拓扑有深入的了解。
61 扎实的磁性元器件设计经验
61 熟悉AC / DC PSU的EMC和安规设计, 熟练掌握MatchCAD, SIMetrix/Pspice, PADs等软件
61 积极主动、善于沟通表达、团队合作性强
61 良好的英语听说读写能力
